COVID-19: Our strategy for business continuity

While maintaining the safety of our employees and consultants.
The impact of COVID-19 on us and our customers is profound and the full impact on the economy is still unknown. While Direct-to-Consumer and B2B organizations scramble to meet immediate and emergency needs, the pandemic has activated a new wave of commerce innovation. New habits and behaviors are forming that are likely to remain after the crisis has passed – and this presents opportunities.
In particular, organizations have an opportunity to double-down on digital commerce, expanding existing offerings, and creating new lines of service.

We have taken the following concrete actions:
  • Work from home for all our employees and consultants
To ensure the safety of our employees and their families, we have mandated all our employees to work remotely from the safety of their homes. This was implemented well before cities and states mandate shelter-in-place guidelines.
  • Communication and Connectivity
To ensure uninterrupted communication between teams, clients, and partners, we have facilitated high-speed connectivity and virtual meeting rooms (with video calling). Though the primary impact of social distancing has been on project timelines, however with the availability of productivity tools have helped reduce our losses on timelines.
  • Additional Hires and Scale-Up
While the news of layoffs and loss of jobs are numerous across media, Aventior has been aggressively hiring to meet our customer demands, offset the effects of loss of productivity, and reduce risk exposure. We continue to hire fresh talent and those who are willing to go the extra mile to serve our customers.
